Mr. Moler presently in private practice as an attorney at law.  He is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating attainable.  He is  engaged in a general litigation practice with an emphasis in personal injury, criminal law (defense), general civil litigation, commercial litigation, employment law, civil rights, governmental tort liability and US tax law.   He also has as a specialty representing taxpayers before the IRS with regard to audits, offers in compromise, installment agreements, non-filers and tax litigation.  Mr. Moler also has expertise in the areas of police disciplinary procedures and civil rights violations arising from police misconduct and Title VII (employment discrimination) federal actions.  He has gained considerable experience in the area of governmental liability arising from the acts of the executive branch of the government against individuals.  Additionally, he is a Florida certified Circuit Civil mediator, Family Law mediator, County mediator, residential foreclosure mediator, Federal mediator and Florida approved arbitrator.  Mr. Moler is also a Florida certified traffic-hearing officer.  Lastly, Mr. Moler is certified to practice before the Veteran’s Administration with regard to denied benefits and disabilities.
